About Me!

My name is Eliza Cuthbertson and I am the creator of The Prevention Project! I’m from Charlotte, NC and currently a sophomore at Appalachian State University. You can find me dancing, writing in my journal, finding new music to listen to, scrapbooking (with lots and lots to stickers!!), watching movies, and doing anything at all that involves being creative!! I started The Prevention Project my sophomore year of high school after watching loved ones suffer from mental health issues as well as dealing with my own. I have realized firsthand how mental health can affect a person's life. I wanted to start a platform that would create awareness and impact lives.

The Prevention Project is a safe space for vulnerability and an uplifting outlet to make you feel like you are not alone. You never know what someone is going through and what they may need to hear or see in any given moment. I hope that my followers can see my posts and feel seen through my words that I share. TPP has always been so special to me and something that i am very proud of. Thank you all for the support that you have shown and love that you have given to this project. You are DEEPLY loved, you are ALWAYS worthy, and you are MORE THAN enough.

Love, TPP
